Description
This is a family portrait. It is not meant to be an accurate depictions of all the individuals painted, for how could it be? I have never truly seen the face of the Father, Son or Holy Spirit. It is however, an accurate representation of the entire family of God. We (the Bride of Christ) have a position in God's Kingdom. We are not only the Bride of Jesus Christ Himself, but also the body of Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:27. This indicates identity, oneness, and unity in Christ. We are called the Bride, because as a husband and wife join together, they become one. We do not share in the deity of God, but we are indeed children of the Almighty, created for His pleasure. We were in God's mind when He created the earth. In fact, that was/is the whole reason God made the earth, for us to inhabit, multiply and make God a family.
